Change Log for Transaction Code PE03

Hi All,

Could you please help me on this issue. Currently there is no change log available for PE03 transaction code so it would be difficult to trace who has done the last change etc.

Is it possible to create change log via SCD0. if yes then how I can create, since in table T549B under data element change document is not activated.

You can try with cdpos and cdhdr table, which give

change log details for application having business objects.
