Install AddOn via MSI

There is any possibility to install an AddOn via MIS installer? Including the MSI directly to the ARD file fails but SAP executes msiexec.exe (I saw an error from it). Anybody knows the correct way?

HI Oscar,

I use INstall shield to create the set up files for my addons. I create the setup using Install Shield and then include a install script that will not allow it to run outside B1. And I create my .ARD files using the AddOnRegDataGen.exe.

you can try to make an installer that registers the .ard and setup.exe for you.

than you install the addon without open business one.
