Dear Experts,
We have upgraded from Ecc4.6c to Ecc6
During the testing in Quality we came across a unique error in absence recording.
This is the scenario
If we record the absence for an employee who was hired in ECC4.6 with the subtype 006 we get the following error-
Attendance/absence type 006 requires minimum of 1 payroll days
Message no. HRTIM00REC004
Diagnosis
A lower limit of 1 payroll days has been set in Customizing for the attendance or absence type 006 you have entered.
Procedure
Extend the attendance or absence, or choose another attendance or absence type.

In case the same absence is recorded with subtype 006 for employee hired in Ecc6 we dont have any errors.
Could some one help us out as we have are nearing go-live and cant find any related notes in SAP.
