Put what's below into a Text Object with a carriage return (Enter key) after the first line:
Madame, {GfCnBio.GfCnBio_Last_Name} <Carriage Return here>
Monsieur, {GfCnBio.GfCnBio_Last_Name}
OR do the same with a formula using a CHR(10) after the first line:
"Madame," + " " + {GfCnBio.GfCnBio_Last_Name} < put CHR(10) here >
"Monsieur," + " " + {GfCnBio.GfCnBio_Last_Name

Try this
"Madame," + " " + {GfCnBio.GfCnBio_Last_Name}chrw(10)"Monsieur," + " " + {GfCnBio.GfCnBio_Last_Name}
and extend the height of the object to see the next line
