How to maintain punchout catalogs in ECC 6.0 (like SRM 5.0)

Hi All,

Could you please address the following questions regarding maintaining punch-out catalogs in ECC 6.0. I figured out how to maintain catalogs but as per the standard SAP settings available and document recomendation I am allowed to select only one catalog as default. Which means when I goto ME51n and click on the catalog icon i can punch out from only one catalog all the time.

my questions:

1. Do you know any seting in ECC 6.0 that I can select multiple catalogs as default?

2. or How do I make multiple punch out catalogs available for selection in ME51n?

3. Not able to maintain multiple catalogs as default is limitation of ECC 6.0?

4. Is they any other solution to maintain multiple punnchout catalogs in ECC 6.0 similar to SRM 5.0?

Hi,

As far as I know it is not possible in MM.

You can have multiple catalogs in PM/CS in ECC 6.0 version. Here different catalogs can be assigned to a order type and a selection is offered to the user when selecting the catalog option.

Thanks, Paul. So as per standard ECC 6.0 delivery we can not have multiple punchout catalogs available for end user while creating a purchase req or purchase order?

Does any one know how fix this issue? Thanks a lot for your time in replying.
