How to schedule a mass change?

Hi All,

Is it possible to schedule a mas change im background (transactioon MASS)?

Example every night run a mass to change thew sales status of material older than a certain date?

Yes you can schedule the MASS tcode to execute in background by going to the Program menu --> Execute in Background. Choose the Object Type and create/ enter a variant and then click the pushbutton to execute in background. This will call the SM36 (job creation) where you can set the date and time and spool out etc for the MASS program to run.

You can create different variants to change the various fields and then schedule the jobs but I don't think you can set the fields to change dynamically like in an ABAP report.
