When I create service contract and open the existing service contract in change mode in VA42 ,Iam getting the Information message

The list of Item category groups for affiliated Customer is incomplete.Affiliated Customer list for sales order may not be properly filled.

Am I missing some thing in customer master/Service Contract?

Hmm, this is one of those generic messages where you add your own text.

Have a look in SE91 at the message (V1 899). Then perform a where-used function. If you see any programs starting with "Z", then this is a good indication that its a message from one of your customer-specific developments..
