Employee is compounded on Location.
My requirment is to display count of employees working in Each location
Initial View of Report
Location-----Count of Employees (KF)
-USA----
3089
-UK----
1349
_AUS----
5934
and then user need to able to drill down by Employee No....etc
For that reason i included a Counter(CHAR) as a Navigational Attribute of an employee and is populated with a constant value '1'
In Rows i included Location and Counter (HIDE for display).
In columns i created a formula variable on this Counter Char (to convert CHAr to KF)
When i executed the report it is showing as
Location-----Count of Employees (KF)
-USA----
1
-UK----
1
-AUS----
1
When i drill down of employee number the it is displaying all the employees with a constant kefigure 1.
What are settings do i need to make to KF so that total count of employees will be displayed in the first view itself
