IDoc->XI->IDoc - Problem in TRFC-Queue

Former Member

Hi everybody,

in Integration Builder i have created an A2A-Scenario (Idoc->XI->IDoc).

After designing and configurating i want to send an IDoc to XI.

But the IDoc stands in the TRFC-Queue with error "no service for system <xxx> client 020 in Integration Directory."

In ID i have set Business Systems for sender and receiver both with outbound/inbound interfaces of idoc-type, which i have upload from relevant sap-system.

What is my fault?

Thanks a lot.

Greetings

Also Check your adapter specific identifiers. Go to the Business System representing your R/3 system, click on Adapter Specific identifiers and check if all is correct. Try refreshing it if not correct.

Hope this helps

Thanks

Hi,

If you run transaction SLDCHECK, does it show all green?

ALso, have you set the R/3 system ID, Client and Logical System name in the 'Adapter-specific identifiers' for the Business system in the Integration Directory?

Cheers

Hi Joerg,

did you set up sender / receiver agreement correctly?

I got this error in a different scenario and setting up a sender agreement solved the issue.

Best regards,

Johannes

Hi Manish,

the adapter specifics identfiers looks good. It shows my logocal system, sap-sid and client of my sender.

Hi Johannes,

what do you mean with "setting up a sender agreement"?

Can you specify it more precisely.

Thanks.

hi,

most probably it's a typo

there's no sender agreement if you're sending idocs

from r3 to the xi

1. how does your service in TCODE - IDX1 look like?

sapSID ?

2. adapter specific identifiers (do it step by step):

Hi,

You can also have a look at this steps for posting idoc's in xi.

Mi Mihal,

reading your XI-Faq bringing me an idea.

In SLD i have created Business Systems with names written in lower case.

In IB i have created Business Systems assigning BS from SLD. Also these Business Systems were named in lower case.

After changing the names of Business Systems in SLD from lower to upper case and recreation of configuration in IB the communication works fine.

Apparently XI (on Java Side) differs between upper and lower case.

One point for helpful answers.

Thanks to all for your answers.

Greetings

Joerg
