Problem with file sender,

Hello,

I have scenario file from FTP server to RFC.

The scenario works in the routine long term without any problem.

Today the business owner of this scenario asks me about files in the FTP server destination.

I'm not found any problems or any message with clue about some problem in this scenario.

I stop and start the scenario from RWB and now the scenario works again.

My questions:

1. Where I can fine, in the future, clues about problem like that?

In my daily routine I check the RWB every morning

2. Have a way to discover about the problem that I described here?

The Problem lies in Cache updation... messages get stuck in j2ee engine..so stop and start sometimes help..

if u do regular cache update of XI engine..no prob ll come..

HI,

In file adapter generally we are getting authorization error in FTP level. Some times file format problem. We can't say exactly this error is due to this. Some times adapter level errors also.

We can solve easily based on RWB & SXMB_MONI window process information.
