posting date default 2036 showing

hi

while doing F-02 ,IN THE header data showing default posting date 2036,then i have changed today date then enter in the down it is showing information message " POSTING TAKE PLACE IN PREVIOUS FISCAL YEAR " then enter while saving it showing error message " RETAINED EARNING A/C * IS NOT SUPPORTED IN COMPANY CODE "

NOTE: i am doing ECC 6, activated new gl

in the ob52 i have given 1-12, 2008,

1.why it is showing previous year.

2.in the posing date also default date 9.9.2036

plz tell me wr the problem
