Hello,
I just recently upgraded from 11.5 Patch3 to Patch5 and am noticing that my notifications from BLS are doubling up in Outlook. Identical message, attachment and time.
Is this a bug in SR5 as my transactions have not changed between upgrades.
Does anyone know what would cause this and how to correct?
Thanks in advance.

May want to check that there isn't two java.exe processes running on the server.

Ron,
Thanks for the tip. Just by chance I had to restart some services on the server and there were two java.exe processes running. Test email resulted in only one being sent.
Again, thanks

Hi Roger,
I too upgraded my 11.5 install to SP05 and tested an email transaction both in BLS and through the scheduler, receiving only one email. Some questions:
1. When did you download SP05?
2. Open one of your transactions inside of the Logic Editor and check the configuration for the SendMail block - does the configuration screen look as it should?
3. How are the email transactions being triggered, via the Scheduler?
3. Test the email transaction from the Logic Editor - do you still get duplicate emails?
4. Clear the Java Web Start cache, see if that makes any difference.
Let me know your results - better yet, enter you message in to the Customer Support System (CSS) so that if it is a bug, it will be tracked in the system.
Kind Regards,
Diana Hoppe
