print out-repeating data to next page (if items more than 20)

Hi All,

i am facing one PLD problem.

i have designed PLD but,while preparing invoice,if items are up to 20nos ,then its print out is going to next page,and header data again get repeted in next page,actualy only the items are not capture in first page should come in next page.

plz suggest me solution.

Hi,

Probably your header data are in the Page Header area, which will be displayed on all the pages. Move all those fields from the Page Header area to the Start of Report area, so they will be displayed only on the first page.

Highlight the fields which you want to move and drag and drop them on the Start of Report area.

If you are not familiar with the basics of Print Layout Designer, here is a link with some good materials. You will need an S-user number to open them.

Are you a Partner or Customer of SAP?

If you are a Partner, you should have an S-user ID. If you are a customer, you can ask for an ID from your SAP Partner.

In case this does not help, I think you can send email to SAP Channel Partner.
