Hyperlinks not working in Crystal Reports Viewer

Former Member

I'm using CR2008 and have a hyperlink set up in the formula section of the hyperlinks.

"ttstudio://mksrvttp02:99//" & {Command.Project Name} & "/dfct?recordID=" & {Command.idrecord}

The link works ok in CR2008 but when I try in the CR Viewer it doesn't even show as a hyperlink.

Does anyone have an idea's?

Thanks

The problem is crviewer is CR 10 legacy report viewer and may not support links. I believe you are mixing versions.

Please re-post if this is still an issue to the Legacy Application Development SDKs Forum or purchase a case and have a dedicated support engineer work with you directly

Hi,

If the hyperlink reports are working fine in the Crystal Reports 2008 Designer, then when you try to open the Report in CR Viewer, just take the mouse arrow over the hyperlink in the CR Viewer and press the Control tab and then click the hyperlink. The link will get open.

Regards,

Abhijeet Taskar.

Prior to posting I had already opened the report in the viewer and moved the mouse over the hyperlink, I am unable to access the link by any method except in CR2008.
