How to enable the standard price in the accounting -1 view of material mast

Hi,

When i was trying to create a material of material Type: FERT, Iam unable to enter the price of the material in the accounting -1 view-> standard price.

The field has been disabled.

So please tell me how to enable the standard price.

Hi,

Check whether the price Control is V in the material master Accounting 1 view. If yes then remove it ans change it to S and then try.

You can fix the price Control as "S" for material type FERT in OMS2 under "Valuation" Subscreen and don't activate "Price ctrl mandatory" the it will allow you to change the Price Control either V or S in MM01/MM02 in Accounting 1 view.

hi

go to OMS2 double click FERT

in valuation check which price control is allowed

it should be std. price

go to OMSR check MBEW-STPRS note field group

in OMS9 for this group and material combination check whether that field is maintained as display

I went to OMS2 t code, but still standard price seems to be disabled one

Check in OMS9 for field MBEW-STPRS and filed selection key FERT, make it optional.

Hi,

Go to OMS2 transaction screen, select the FERT material type and in the detail screen- in the Valuation sub-screen select the Price control as "Standard" and de-flag the check-box for the Price ctrl mandatory.
