Hi there,

1) Delivery grouping is bringing all the items in the sales order into one group. All the items in the same delivery group will be & should be delivered together. Delivery split of the grouped items are not allowed.

For eg: Your customer wants all the items in the order to be delivered at one time. In that case you group the items into 1 delivery group. Also some common discounts are applicable to all items in the delivery grp.

3) When we over rate a customer, he pays more amount than he is supposed to. In that case, we create an invoice correcttion request RK or credit memo request. We then create a credit memo by which we pay back the customer the extra amount he has payed us.

4) Plant is a manufacturing location / assembly point or a place where trading goods are temporarily stored. Each plant may have one or more storage locations where the goods are actually stored.

For eg Plant A may have storage locations for finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw materials & trading goods.

5) If some of the details in the order are incomplete or not proposed or entered, tehn the order status becomes incomplete. For eg: absence of Route, shipping point, incoterms, shipping conditions etc.

Back order processing is when you save the order now & create a delivery at a later time. That is when you collectively process all open orders that are due for a long time.

1. When customer is over rated then company has to create Credit Memo .

2.Difference between Plant and storage location is Plant where material is produced and Storing of material is called Storage Location.

3. Incompleted Order means mandatory fields are to be filled in customer master data and Material Master data

for ex: Shipping point and Delivery Plant..

Back order Processing means When a customer orders for some materials. if some reasons the order is cancelled and didnot delivery the products to customer bec of no stock.. After few days if stock is available then same order will be delivered to the customer.

4. The value for SAP is vast because now a days all the customer are preferring sales online .. so there is value for sap.
