Dear consultant friends,
I want to update the appointment calender automatically once the sales activity is saved.Can anybody please suggest me how the same should be configured.

Thanks! Can you please tell me where i get orderactual and orderplanned fields in documents. Please update me.
In IMG in your document type definition you have to check what date profile it has.
later check in IMG how this date profile is defined. Does it have orderactual or orderplanned dates.
If yes, on your document in section with dates (in activities it is tab Dates), you will find them as Actual Dates and Planned Date.

It will update automatically if you have ORDERACTUAL or ORDERPLANNED date filled in document.
If you have both, Orderactual will be in calendar, if orderactual will be empty system will look for orderplanned.
