I am having ecc6.0 IDES, please tell me how create more users in that. through su01 i created one user. for creating next user, it is asking for another access key. It is not accepting the first key which i have give to create 1st user creation.

Access key must be unique for a user. If you want to create another user you have to create another access key for that.

One key can be assigned to one user only.
