IXOS workflow template 4.7 support pack stack 24 problem

We are upgrading to the above support pack. Using a customized workflow template created by IXOS we have uncovered a problem. When an entry is put into the sap inbox we have option of REJECT EXECUTION after which a menu is displayed with other actions.

The REJECT EXECUTION no longer works. In debugging the workflow we get to RH_TASK_ATTRIBUTES_RUNTIME but not to RH_GET_TASK_START_EVENTS.

Any ideas?
