DTW Fails to open

Hello,

I am using SAP Business one 2005 A, I cannot get to even open DTW . It shows the icon on my task bar then crashes immediately.

It doesn't give ANY error message, or are they store elsewhere where I could check for them ??

What can I do to make it work ? What are the prerequisites for DTW ?

Hi,

Check if it is completely installed or not in your PC. try this steps:

1. Click Start Button in Windows

2. Select All programs

3. Select SAp Business One

4. Select Data Migration

5. Click Data Transfer Workbench

Or directly here:

C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench

If it still crashes, just reinstall the DTW.

Sorry for the double post. I checked and verified and also uninstalled and re-installed both the DI-API and the DTW. It still fails.

It is not an issue with the patch level as it works fine on the other computers here with patch level 29.

Hi Martin

Please Install DI-API (the same PL with the DTW) on the machine.

DTW will need DI-API to run normally.
