I am planning an upgrade for a 2007 A customer from PL08 to PL 41.
Can I do this in one hit? The help file is a little misleading - is it implying that I have to do an upgrade to PL 30 first?

Please upgrade to 2007A PL30 and then upgrade to
PL41 as 2007A PL30 is the major patch of 2007A version.

you could directly upgrade it to PL41 as Syn suggested but prior to upgrade, do not forget to back the database.
