RUN_RDDIT006 failed during upgrade

Hi,

We are upgrading our solutionmanager from 3.2 to 7.0. Prepare phase was

beeen completed successfully. In the upgrade phase, we get the some

errors in the RUN_RDDIT006 phase.

Please advise as how to resolve the issue . This is very important for

us to complete this inanother two days. please treat this with top most

priority.

"Top most priority" calls should be handled through OSS.

Those objects are part of EIS - which seems to be strange since SolMan doesn't contain any EIS functionality.

Did you bind the latest support packages during PREPARE?

Yes .. I involved latest support packages during the EXTENSION phase in PREPARE . However that phase got completed successfully .

The reply I got from OSS was to continue the upgrade . Right now IMport is going on . I doubt it will stop at RDDIT006 phase again . OSS asked me to get back them if it stops

How did u you resolve this issue . I got the same error in PREPARE ..

Looks like i Might get the error again sometime when the actual upgrade begins
