Output not happening

Hi all,

The scenario is my delivery is created automatically while saving sales order & with that we send EDI massage from delivery.

But the output type was working fine erlier whenever we made an order it created an subsequent delivery and sends the IDOC immediately (setting is send immediately when saving the application) but now it is Yellow (not processed).

but if we go to VL02n & save the delivery without any change then the all trhe output type get triggered.

can anyone please guide what is the problem?

Hi there,

O/p types will be triggered after saving the application. Not when we create it. Also take the IDOC num & check in WE02 what the status messages say.

Select the O/p & then check in the further data. It should be "send immediately after saving the application". If it is anything other than that, then change it.

It could be that someone might change that setting.
