E-Rec - Forgotten Password link not working from the Ext.cand St.page
The "Forgotten password" link available in the external candidate start page "HRRCF_START_EXT" does not invoke any mail to the applicant mail address.
I have ensured that the service "hrrcf_a_pw_via_email_extern" is activated and the workflow "WS519000003 (Workflow activation - Assign New Password)" is also active.
We also tried assigning a service user to the service "hrrcf_a_pw_via_email_extern" but still i could'nt see the "forgotten password" link working.
Am i missing on something??. Clues on the fix are welcome.
