SSO error in EP

hai friends iam configured SSO for ep server with SAP system (ECC). but it is giving error in test connection .

the user iam trying is exist in two systems with same name.

but it is not working can any body help me pls .its ozt.

Connection failed. Make sure that Single Sign-On is configured correctly

Hi,

There might be two issue.

Either you are not using the correct parameter for connection in System Configuration. Check whether you have provided all the correct entries under Connector, WAS and ITS properties for system object.

Else there might be issue with SSO logon tickets. Following is checklist for SSO configuration:

1. you are using fully qualified domain names in the system landscape definition and when accessing the portal;

2. your certificate hasn't expired;

your backend RZ10 settings are correct (login/accept_sso2_ticket);

3. you have uploaded the certificate to the backend system (STRUSTSSO2);

4. there is an entry in the ACL table (TWPSSO2ACL) in the back end client you are connecting can be reached by SM30;

5. you have the same username in the portal and back end OR you have set up user mapping.

i didt make any entry in ITL settings is it requied for SSO.

if requied what parameters i need to set.

and TWPSSO2ACL table iam not able acces through sm30

but iam finding entries in it se16.

and iam testing from system administration->suport->SAP application-->SAp Transaction-->

hear iam selecting lagical system and transaction and GUI for windows

and press GO.

then iam getting SAP logon screen and the error comming like this

Isuuer of SSO tiket is not Authrized.

what is this error pls help me.

Hello,

Try in this way

system administration->suport->SAP application-->SAp Transaction-->

Select system "alias" *(need to select the back end systems alias name ) name GUI for windows.

hi,

Please check you imported the proper ceritificate in the backend system.Check the validity also.
