Thank you
hiii,
The same can do it in different ways depends on your business requirement -
Scenario 1:
1. Create sales order with all the 20 items
2. Durig the VL01N, use the From item and To item option for selecting the line item to create delivery
Scenario 2:
1. Create Sales order with all the 20 items
2. Create delivery for all the 20 items but dont do picking & PGI
3. use delivery split functionality VLPS to split one delivery into different delvieries for number of items.
Scenario 3:
1. Create Sales Order with all 20 items
2. Use transaction VL10C, to create deliveries either for 5 items or 10 ittems depends on requirement.
If want automatic den set the batchrun
Rewards if it helps

Hello,
Create a sales order for 20 items, create delivery through VL01N, chanage the delivery quanity to 10, and pick the same (10 qty), do the PGI.
Out of total order quantity 20, you have delivered 10. Another 10 you can create delivery at any time. The partial delivery allowed should be set at customer master.

Hi,
To create Sales Order: VA01
Enter your Sold-to-party, PO ref, PO Date etc..at Header-Level.
Now, enter your material-code in Column: Material, one after another, at item level.
(Hoping that you might know how to enter Materials).
Maintain Qty, Unit & Price for each item.
Now, save the Sales Order.
Now, there are 2-ways to deliver.
Way 1:
Go to: VA02
Key-in your Sales Order and Enter.
Now, up-most-left on your Screen, there is "Sales Order". On clicking, it will expand with other options. Click on "Deliver".
This will lead to Delivery creation page. Here you may find that all 20-items are available for delivery.
Now, suppose you want to deliver only 10-100 items from sales order. So, select 110-200 items from the Delivery page, and Click icon: Delete (down the screen, 2nd last icon before Tab: Batch Split).
It will delete un-wanted items from the Delivery Document. Now Key-in Actual GI Date and Click Tab: PGI.
Your 1-10 items from sales Order have been delivered.
Similarly you may Deliver next 10 items (110-200) from the Sales order in another Delivery Doc, on to the same Day.
Way 2:
T.code: VL01N
Key-in informations:
Shipping Point:
Order (Sales Order No.):
From Item: 10
To Item: 100
and Hit: Enter.
Key-in Actual GI Date and do PGI.
your 1st Delivery for 1st 10-items from the sales order has been done.
Again Go to: VL01N
and maintain Data:
Shipping Point:
Order (Sales Order No.):
From Item: 110
To Item: 200
Key-in Actual GI Date and do PGI.
your 2nd Delivery for next 10-items from the sales order has been done.
Best Regards,
Amit

hi kumar
U can create order for n no of items in sales order. When comes to delivery u can create delivery for
ex: order--- 20 items
u can delivery 10 items one time and 10 times another time in a day.
bec if u make settings in Customer Master Data
in Sales data-- Shipping-Partial deliveries allowed
if u make this setting then u can make partial deliveries for an order.
so, u can create order for 20 items in sales order and after that vl01n delivery for 10 items one time and another time with ref to delivery u can deliver 10 items again.
check out this and revert back me if any doubts..
