additional currencies

Hi,

can any body tell me, how many additonal local currencies or parlall currency will matain, and what is the use of that.

Hi

You can maintain total 3 local currencies at

spro-financial accounting-financial accounting clobal settings-company code-miltiple currencies-define additional local currencies.

Simply to understand: Additioanl local currencies helps us to maintain the books of accounts in other currencies.

Check the text at above path.

when i go for addtional curency T.code:OB22

for 2 nd local currency if i select curency type:30( group curreny ) currecy EUR is coming automatically, but i need 2nd local currency usd.

As you know, group currency is comming automatically.

Check the T-code : SCC4, then you will see the currency. It may be 'EUR'.

Group currency is defined when you define the client.

If you want change the group currency to 'USD', you will change the currency at screen (Tcode: SCC4).
