Delivery creation problem

Hi All,

While saving the Return Delivery the system gives the following error.

"Only 0 EA of material XXXXXX available"

Message no. VL150.

We do not have stock for the above material in the plant.We have to create Return delivery & PGR.

Go to VA02, input the return sale order and execute. There check whether the quantity is flowing under Confirmed Qty tab.

- what schedule line category you have used

- in what scenario, return delivery is created. Is it MTO or MTS ??

1.Schedule Line Cat. DN

2.Return Order in MTO scenario...w/0 ref.any sales doc.

Dear Hemant

In make to order scenario, I dont think system will allow you to receive the goods back to manufacturing plant. If you refer the original sale order or not, if I am correct, system will give the same error.

hi,

please check whether return quantity is mentioned in the return order.

if the return quantity is already mentioned in the returns order then you have to check the copy control from return order to return delivery.

We have maintained copy controls from Return order to Return Delivery both at Header & Item level.
