Freight Account Change -Any issue if we change from one

Hi,

On PO and Scheduling Agreements what effect would it have in the system, if any, if we want to change the account that the freight goes to during GR and IR processing from the 580100 account to the 212000 account?

Hi

If both GL accounts are from same group say P&L or B/S account there will not be any impact however there will be an impact if both GL accounts are from different groups so check with your FI Consultannt/Finance Manager

580100 - Is freight expenses account (P&L Grouo)

212000 - Is GR/IR clearing account (B/S item)

Suggest me how can they change?

HI kishore,

Frieght account it comes automatically while doing GR AND IR.I hope there is no change.Basically it should pickup based on condition type.Incase it is not the case please fell free to ask.
