Regarding Page Format

hi all,

I created one Page Format with dimensions width 38 cm

and height 30 cm. I Designed one Smartform with that Page Format. When i am giving the print it is showing like

" Device type HP1200 does not support Page format Excise (that i created page format).

I created in SPAD. Is there any other settings need to be done.

Please suggest.
