transfer message to forum

can any one tell me how to transfer one forum question to another forum.For Eg From Abap form to Basis forum i need to transfer the question how can i do it.

HI,

first close the existing by setting answered. then post a new one in your required forum.

Answer is no.

Moderator can able to do that.But we can't.

The only way to do that is to reopen thread in right place and close previous one.
