Hi
have got xcelcius 2008 recently. I can convert my work into pdf/word/outlook but i cant convert to powerpoint presentation. when i try to convert to powerpoint the powerpoint application is opening but shows a blank page. . .
can any one help me with this...

This is known issue in Crystal xcelsius 2008 which is resolved in SP1.
you can download SP1 and test the issue .
Do revert in case of any queries.

i have downloaded the sp1 . i can convert to powerpoint but now i cannot load a SWF file format in the canvas .. what should i do on this....

This is by design. Loading a SWF file as the canvas background was removed from SP1.
If you'd like, you can always take an Image Component, size it as you like, set it to the bottom/last layer (Send to Back), and load a SWF into it.
