XI Support Package Stack 15 before post install steps?

Hi

Can I apply XI Support Packages before completing post installation steps described in XI Installation guide?

I have completed post install steps up to Importing the SAP Exchange Profile. Next step is to configure SLD, which I would like to do after applying all the Support Packages for ABAP, Java & XI.

I am in the process of completing SP Stack 15 for ABAP & J2EE Engine.

Any thoughts on this would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

think about what is there will be an error

when applying SP15 - you'll post and OSS message

SAP will log in and they will see that your XI

installation is not even completed - will they be able to

help you with your SP problem?

Hi Michal,

Are you suggesting to complete post install steps then proceed with XI Support Packages?

Install Guides for Web AS ABAP & Java recommends to apply Support Packages immediately after the installation.

"SLD on 640 - Post Installation guides recommends" to apply all Support Packages for Web AS 640.
