change orders

Hi All,

I have installed Mobile sales for R3 on a laptop. Synchronization works well but it is not possible to change, delete or edit orders.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

hello wilhelm,

i haven't used MSR nor see one running.

is it related to the application logic that does not

let you change or delete orders? if the application does

not let you do it, then you have to change the app's gui

to support modification if you really need it.

btw, what is your SyncBo definition attributes?

is it a download SyncBo or two-Way syncBo?

download SyncBos cant be deleted nor modified.

two-way SyncBo could also be set to non-modifiable or

non-deletable per attribute settings in the metadata.

check also on the attribute values of your SyncBo

metadata definition.
