Customer Portal Super Administrator
My customer XXX has a portal ID. He is the administrator. However, when he tries to create a new user, there is an authorisation error saying "Currently you do not have authorization to use this function. To request authorization, please contact one of the administrator in your company: XXX"
The strange thing is, the Name & ID shown in the autorization error msg is the name of my customer. He is the administrator but he cannot create new user.
Anyone has any idea why? Thanks.
