XL Reporter- Sales in System Currency

Hi,

For comparitive sales reports which we have created for two months we needed to get the sales data in system currency.

E.g. Currently Sales in Local Currency appears in Local Currency and System Currency in Local currency as well.

We need both the data(LC and FC) to appear in System Currency.

The Sales Data field which is picked in the report is the "SO_Line Total"

Please advice.

Hi all,

The sales can show up in system currency using the Row total SC field.

The issue was due to the column summary which was added by mistake.

Hi Vishal,

System currency has only one amount, how could both the data(LC and FC) to be appeared in System Currency?

Do you want to have two identical columns?

No, the system converts the Foreign Currency (USD) to Local currency (SGD) in our case, as per current exchange rate.

But we want it the other way round, i.e. all SGD sales should be shown in USD and USD sales in USD.

That means your system currency is LC - SGD. You want to display all your sales by USD. SC will not help in this case.

You can check the JE window to get the SC amount along with LC and FC to confirm.
