Hi frieds!!
We are using workflow but appeared error message. It appears that background process is somehow blocking itself. The error message is "Parked document xxxxx blocked.
The transaction that we are using is FBV0.
What's happening?
Thanks!!
Roberto

Hi,
This may be an administration problem (for example lock table full or just enqueue server unavailable) or an application problem. Could it be that there was actually a user holding the lock because he processed the document in change mode in transaction FBV2 or FBV4 ?
How often does this problem occur ?
the note 554664 which has given by Eli is useful in this.

Hi Ravi!!!
We are using workflow to route parked documents for approval.
After analysing the existing document on FBV0, we haven´t found the
flag on realeased, because the document was stucked at "Define release
code" step. This step cannot be interfered by users and it is
exclusevely processed by the workflow system, which assures that users
wouldn´t be able to interfere the process.
We´ve also checked workflow logs on SWIA transaction where the error
was logged, but still didn´t find a way to reprocess it, because the
status is "in process".
This not often occurs. User approves the document and when FBV0
transaction is entered, through menu "Complete", the document stops one
step before the last (Define release code), and as was already approved
previously by the workflow process, it should be finish the process
with wokflow system through of user WF-BATCH.
Is the a way to reprocess the document where this situation occurs?
