Bex Test : Service Cannot Be Accessed !

Hello

I have a problem, I executed the t-code sicf and I going default_host--> sap > bw> BEx and I doing Test service, at the bottom left of the screen, I have a message: Service Cannot Be Accessed !

I don`t know what's the problem? I will be very grateful for your help
