Problem with CRM 6.0 Web Interface

Hello Guys

I am trying to test the version of CRM2007 that I have just installed.

When I try to use the Web interface using the link

http://crm.cincom.com:8000/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMSZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_frame/default.htm

I get a blank screen with the following error message at the top in bold

"BSP SERVER PAGE (BSP) ERROR".

Where can I get more details about this error (which directory) and does anyone know why I may be getting this error.

Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

Hi Guys,

I was able to solve the problem using tech notes https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/434918.

To make the changes I used the transaction code RZ10 and selected the right profile and selected radio button 'extended maintenance'

Just wanted to share with people who may see the same problem in future.

Plz check the InternetExplorer settings and the assignment of the role to the BP or USER in the org .

Thanks a lot for the response.

I have given then role 'SAP_CRM_UIU_SLS_PROFESSIONAL' to the user. Regarding Internet Explorer, it is working fine for all other sites. Regarding CRM it works until the step it asks for the username and password.

I HAVE TRIED FULLY QUALIFIED NAME (CRM.CINCOM.COM) and also it IP address.

ALSO THE ERROR MESSAGE WAS HIDDEN. WHEN I SCROLLED UP AND DOWN THE SCREEN I WAS ABLE TO SEE THE COMPLETE MESSAGE WHICH IS AS FOLLOWS

Hello anyone,

I have this exact same problem. I see this thread hasn't been update for a year, but does anyone have a solution or can you point me in a direction that might provide some answers?
