Hi,
In SCASE Transaction / UDM_DISPUTE Transaction, whenever we use the option "Find Dispute Case", the exception is displayed as "Service provider called: Incorrect SP object status." Message no. SRMF071
Can any of you please provide some insights in to resolving this issue.

Please check your configuration of UDM_SPS_CASE_LOCATOR in SRMREGEDITC transaction code.
Check if your RMS ID is assigned to your service provider.
