HR Processes and Forms - Updating Infotype 41

We are implementing a termination form through HR Processes and Forms and need to add a date types for "Last Day Worked" and "Last Paydate" to IT41. Is there a trick to configuring an update to IT41? I have configured one date type and it is saving but it clears off all the other date types that existed on the record previously. Can this be done through config only or is it necessary to implement a generic service to add 2 date types without overwriting what was there previously?

Why not through dynamic action?

Dynamic Actions are not called when using HR Processes and Forms.
