SAP_WebDynpro_XSS failure could not be pinged in the connection test

Hi forum

I follow this steps for create the system the SAP_WebDynpro_XSS alias.

1) Set up the first system on the Portal J2EE server in which the business package has been implemented and assign the system the alias SAP_WebDynpro_XSS.

Maintain the WAS properties for this system. In particular:

WAS host name: <J2EE Name>:<Port>

WAS path: /webdynpro/dispatcher/

WAS protocol: http or https

With this values:

WAS host name: sbxptal7.codelco.cl:50000

WAS path: /webdynpro/dispatcher/

WAS protocol: http

Is this parameteres setting ok ?

the URL that i enter in the portal is sbxptal7.codelco.cl:50000

In the test connection i got this:

Results

1. The system ID is valid

2. The system was retrieved.

3. The system object represents an SAP system

4. The following parameters are valid: Web AS Protocol (http) Web AS Host Name (sbxptal7.codelco.cl:50000)

5. The host name sbxptal7.codelco.cl was resolved successfully.

6. The server sbxptal7.codelco.cl could not be pinged successfully.

Is correct that the result number 6, could no be pinged successfully ???
