I purchased the 1 year software maintenance and I would like to know who I should contact about the upgrade. I talked to a service rep early August and was told I would receive an email telling me how to get the upgrade key code. In the last week of August a sales rep called and he said he would help put me in contact with the right person. I have left several messages and have not heard back from anyone at SAP.
Can you help put me in contact with the right people?

Where did you purchase the software? If you purchased it from Business Objects try calling the Telesales team:
