PA transfer structure KEI1

Hi All,

Scenario : Engineer to order with WBS element as cost object.

In PA transfer structure i have assigned incoming order cost elements to value fields.

These incoming order cost elements are assigned to source cost elements ( for revenues and costs)

Now my question is when will the data be passed to COPA? Is it during creation of sales order , or when results analysis is carried out or when settlem?

I am trying to understand the flow of data to COPA. Please help me.

Hi Reddy

KEI1 is configuration to transfer data from FI posting to CO-PA.

You have to use Profit segment to assign the value when posting.

It does not concern Sales order or any SD data.

at the time of billing the revenues will flow in to copa from sd through kofk and cost from vprs.

COPA values are updated only after the settlement of your sales order (VA88) in your case

Can you tell me how we settle the sales order. T codes etc. This will help me in testing.

After billing, run for result analysis (KKAK ) and then settle sales order (VA88)
