Datasource not recognized by Crystal Reports X

Hi,

I have built a report that uses an Oracle10g table as the datasource. When I create the ODBC connection, CR allows me to add my source table into the report. I can browse field data and also add fields from the field explorer to the report. It seems to behave normally until I try to refresh report data, at which time CR gives me an error that says: "The database table <tablename> cannot be found. Proceed to remove this table from the report?"

When I verify the database, I get the same message as above. I tried Set Datasource Location, in which I browse to the proper table inside my connection but when I click update, I get the following error:"Data Object cannot be opened/accessed." followed by "Query Engine Error: Cannot obtain error message from server."

The proper permissions on the DB table as well as the proper public synonym. I have previously done reports with the same connection params and had no issues. This one I can't figure out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff
