About XI updates

I purchased recently a Crystal Report XI. The latest files on the CD were march 2005.

I was able to download the SP4 for Crystal Report XI release 1

a) the download page refers to a hotfix 11 (there is four pdf about it), but I cannot find the hotfix itself (see image below) ?

b) Also, what is Crystal Report XI release 2 ? Can I upgrade from release 1 to release 2 ?

Yes you can upgrade for free. Contact the Sales department, the number is in the Help.. About menu. Register your product first though.
