Hi,
I have a user who in Production 'Create / Cancel Leave Request' does not have a 'From' time entry field but does when I clone her user in Test. This is only effecting one user.
Any suggestions as to what could be causing this one field to be missing?

Hi,
If end-user personalization is not disabled, the user might have accidentally done a ctrl-right click on the application and hidden the field. Check this in the server where she is facing the error.
