PO related issue

hi all,

I have to create a fresh PO w.r.t PR for particular vendor multiple times in a day but when i am creating PO for secand time for particular vendor it is giving popup of "cretae PO extension option" where it is asking to either extend PO or create new PO. Here I dont want that popup to come.

what settings need to be done for this.

Hi,

If you will use ME21 then this will come. This is the functionality of Transaction ME21.

Better use T. Code ME21N to create PO.

This is not possible to avid in SAP standard, you have to take help of ABAPer to avoid this.

Hi,

Find out the pop up message number from the long text of the message and delete the message number from the concerned area.This will result in stopping the pop up.
