Management of global employees Issue

Hi Gurus,

I am working on Management of Global Employees, It has Personnel Action such as Planning of Global Assignment (like International relocation) . Hence under Personnel Administration - Customizing Procedures - Actions, I copied the same Configuration of SAP standard delivered related Infogroup & Action types and created my own Personnel action. But when I call My Action through PA40, It pops up with Copy Actions (Infotype 0000) and says the person is already hired. But the standard SAP delivered "Planning of Global Assignment" Action comes with Create Actions which allows for Relocation.

I checked completely, My configuration on Actions part is as same as SAP standard Delivered but result differs such as it is considering the person's existing record (which created during Hiring) and automatically gets in to Copy Actions rather than Create Actions.

Is there anything I need to activate or re-configure in Action so that My Action which is configured, will allow me to Create Actions rather than Copy Actions.

I am now working on Managemnt of global employees. I am facing problem in copying the IT0021 details for the host pernr. I have written a dynamic action to copy IT0021 but it is not copying. Do we need to do some config for this?

Im facing the same problem, when i try to create actions infotype it is just copying it and since u have already gone through the problem can you please let me know what needs to be done to get this fixed?

Thanks for Providing the Useful Information & data regarding concurrent employment.

But I am working on Global Managemen of employees, More or less same but the difference is the assignment is between 2 different countries. Hence I need to do Country - reassignment on "Planning of Global assignment" Action, which doesnt allows for the same.

Could you please explain me the procedure how & what parameters to get activate to accept different company code or country Assignments through "Planning of Global assignment" Action.

1)MGE has to be requested from SAP. See OSS note 540451

2)Activate switches in table T77S0

CCURE GLEMP (Global Employee solution)

CCURE GLOPY (if using Global Payroll)

CCURE PIDGN (defines which rule to generate PersonIDu2019s

Note: once a generation rule is defined u2013 it must not be changed !!!!

CCURE PIDSL (to activate selection using PersonID)

Note: This sets selection for all users and is optional. You can also set PersonID selection at a user level]

3)if errors occur with IT0709 due to inconsistencies in the database, perform the following:

run report u2018RPUFIXDSu2019 which will fix the errors.

Then run the u2018HR_CE_GENERATE_PERSONID_EXTu2019 again.

Check table T529A in column FC (Do F1 to get info) you can only have one original hire

Check V_T588D for your infogroup you can change the setting between copy and insert....

Yes, I checked many times, the table T529A is as ditto as SAP Standard delivered even the Function character.

And As well as in Table T588D, Its all with INS.

You talk about international relocation. I don't know if it 's link but have you checked your PLOGI in T77S0?

especially PLOGI EVCCC or EVENB

suggestion only, no idea if it impacts actions
