Relation ship in PD is giving error B 028 & A 031

Hi Friends,

In PD ( personnel Development) when i am trying to give the relation ship of

Q 500006789  B 028  Imparts   D Business Event type
Q 500006789  A 031 Requires   D Business Event type

System is going to dump. pls let me know if that relation ship has to be maintained or not.

Appreciate if you could let me know what i am trying to maintain in is correct or not for qualification

Q 500006789 A 030 is a Specialization of Qualification Group

Q 500006789 A 031_Requires_ Business Event type

Q 500006789 B 028_Is Imparted by_ Business Event type

Appreciate if u pls let me know if that is correct or not.

What does the dump say? Anyway, you can take verify by clicking on the "Allowed relationships" pushbutton in the Create Relationships screen using PP01.

Error dump is not giving any message.

here is the dump description

Runtime error: Unable to write short dump.

What happened?

Error in ABAP application program.

The current ABAP program " " had to be terminated because one of the

statements could not be executed.

This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.

Unfortunately, the original cause of the error cannot be determined

because there is no suitable short dump in the table SNAP (which

records information about the point of termination).

What can you do?

Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)

and make a note of the actions and input that caused the

error.

To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.

You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion date.

Unfortunately, the original cause of the error cannot be

determined, since there is no suitable short dump in table SNAP.

The table SNAP probably already contains a number of short dumps and cannot accept any more. Please check the situation using the system log.

The table SNAP contains all the short dumps for the last 7 days.

Check the system log for each cause of error.

More space probably needs to be provided for table SNAP

using database means.

You may able to find an interim solution to the problem

in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,

Pl get in touch with your BASIS resource & ask them to clean up the SNAP table.. recreate the error & dig through the dump analysis.. Did you check the "Allowed realtionships" tab?

Hi Suresh,

Thanks for your fast response, I have created all the qualifications and linked previously with Business events.

Even my profile match up is also working fine, and deficit qualification is taking to Business event and booking as a attendee also.

But i cannot able to change the proficiency level of any employee, if i change that proficiency level it is going to that same short dump.

I could not understand the default proficiency date it is taking from the position start date. but the employee is not present in org from that date. Even i could not able to change the dates also. Is there any way that we could change the dates of that qualification fpr position and Person.

Pls advise me how to solve this.
